Yep...the National Hurricane Center is forecasting a 135 mph Category 4 by landfall.

The eye is becoming very well defined with the yellows/reds wraping around it. I think we might make this faster then they think.

I felt a chill when I heard the local Met say that Katrina could very likely be a Cat 4 at landfall.

If I were anywhere and I mean anywhere in the area of possible landfall I would be making plans NOW. There will be lines for everything as soon as she actually starts her swim to shore...

People will panic at the threat of a Cat 4 coming at them!

Cat 4. I saw that and I have to say it does scare me considering where the track is now.

Very true expcept for Ivan before landfall, they were right.
