Will the name Katrina be retired?
I say yes at already 4 deaths related to the system haved occured.Also plenty of damage in parts of South Florida caused by flooding and very high wind gusts.

Fully agreed, but I don't think Kathryn would be used, simply because it's too close to Katrina.

GOOD. I know a girl named Kathryn and she has a very foul temper when she can't drink beer (and she likes to drink lots of it and she's not even 21 yet). One of the most obnoxious people I have ever known.
I cannot fathom what Hurricane Kathryn would be like just based on that.
Please, if Katrina must get retired (God forbid but unfortunately it may if its second landfall is bad enough), let Kendra, Kelly, Kimberly, or something else replace it.
