I though this board was to learn
There was a post that someone asked a question and Not one person answered them. Why? I ask cause I was wondering my self. Is it cause we are not in the" click" I really love this board and Have been here for two years now. But can't someone be nice to take time to answer a question when they have one? Sorry if I have upset any one
Thank you
Deb

I have been here since last year and I too love the board. I have never had a problem getting questions answered. Sometimes you have to bump up your thread or pm one of the regular posters. I have had nothing but good results from the folks on this board.

Ps. re-ask your question and maybe we can help

There is no "click" here at STORM2K!! To suggest such is at a minimum ludicrous, IMO. There are however literally hundreds of members posting in different forums right now. Not every post or question gets seen or quickly answered. Possibily some have seen it and don't know the answer, others have not seen it yet and may give an answer when they do. The pro's and knowledgeable people are not on prowl all day looking for questions to answer, but will answer them if they see them or know the answer. Btw, what was the question? If we don't have a link to it, it is difficult to answer the question that has been left unanswered since we have no idea where it is among the thousands of posts here.

ok heres a ? then that i asked on the TS katrina thread before it was locked.
When you run the GFDL on katrina it shows this solution:
http://moe.met.fsu.edu/cgi-bin/gfdltc2. ... =Animation
but when you run the 97L it shows katrina pulling a sharp u-turn and into the big bend area isn't this contradictory of itself?

That is messed up or something... the 18z GFDL has Katrina going into the MS/AL border.

This is because the GFDL is run specifically on the field you see in the closeup. So the 97L run of the GFDL isn't doing all the processing on Katrina that the Katrina specific run is - thus the solution winds uo very different.
You should disregard what cyclones outside the field of focus do in the GFDL.

I was replying to a post that was removed... not you. How it got to that I don't know.
The post went something like "I posted something about cleaning up the board and it got locked and then removed"
