Blue tarps

#1 Postby floridah » Thu Aug 25, 2005 11:52 am

I'm out of state right now and have been since May. There where still lots of blue tarps on roofs in northern Palm Beach County. How much wind can these take?? Any thoughts??

I would say take them off...They will just blow away and you will have to buy a new one...

Now that is sound advice, remove the tarp that costs about $20.00 and allow the rain to saturate the interior of your house (again). You can then replace the removed tarp to cover the hole as to minimize the mildew damage from all the rain water you let in. here is some better advise, a hammer and some nails to secure the tarp would make better sense, wouldn’t you say?
