Good luck hope you are ready. We all knew this was going to happen one day. All I can say is find some high ground and hunker down. I turned our dining rm table into a ping pong table last yr and the family still plays on the table alot. Hope you all dont lose electricity. That is the key.

Not that this will be a Frances or Jeanne but one thing I did for both storms and will probably end up doing again this year is make a great meal in the crock pot before the expected storm comes. That way you will know that you will get at least one good meal for the next few days. Also another thing I did was take a really good shower..... and washed all the clothes, especially the towels.... before the storm came inland so that when the power went out, at least I had one good warm shower for a few days and clean clothes.
