10 MP winds south of Center

Nassau only saw 10 MPH winds all day tody with the center passing just north of them...Anyone to the south of Katrina looks Good..

Strongest winds are probably found in a band farther from the center -- don't assume the entire south side of the storm has nothing but 10 mph winds -- that's HIGHLY unlikely. Also, bands will change and wrap around. Please be prepared for at least hurricane force gusts if you are anywhere within 50-100 miles of the center -- though strongest winds will be more likely on the north of the center.

Lookin at the last frame of the IR float she seems to be suddenly falling apart.


Hmmmmmmmmm. Yall reckon she got seeded or somethin like that?

falling apart? No way , look at the continued growth and nice outflow building.
