Eastern Atlantic Tropical Summary - EATS OUT on August 24, 2005

Invest 97L continues to put up a god fight despite unfavorable conditions
for development. I don't expect this system to develop in the next 24-48 hours.
A tropical wave near 26W has been punished by our little friends, and is
almost void of convection.
Another tropical wave is about to emerge off of the African coast in the
next 24 hours. The little guys will probably take care of this one too.
