Radar based at Great Exuma Bahamas (15 min. updates)
Per NHC Knabb's 11 p.m. discussion, apparently there's a weather radar based at Great Exuma. I did some searching and found it.
GREAT resource to have, as it covers so much of the Bahamas out of U.S. NEXRAD radar range.

Bottommost files are the most current ones.

It will be a BIG file, but here it is:

The majority of the showers and thunderstorms are E and NE of the center of circulation. That's why it hasn't been able to rapidly organize. Once we start to see the showers wrap around the center, intensification seems a good bet.

Opened fine for me (and that's unusual, since our firewall doesn't allow for much).
Even though it's a single frame, it doesn't look like much - as my friend Molto Mario (FoodTV) would say, "I'm feeling better about it!".

P.S. Today is the anniversary of Hurricane Andrew - 13 years ago early this morning.

Here's a site:
http://www.bahamasweather.org.bs/
and click on "Radar" on the left. The home page took a long time to load for me, don't know why. It's the Nassau radar, however, but it does have a loop.
Direct link to still radar (access to loop as well) to save time:
http://bahamasweather.org.bs/satelliteradar/radar/local/
I ended up walking away for 5 minutes to let each page load, so be patient with it, it is there.
