ok, thanks, local weather refered to ex td10 as td 11...I was so confused,
11 was a different system right?...

Jose (TD 11) was the system that developed in the Caribbean and moved to the gulf. The low developed over the Yucatan Peninsula and intensified in the BOC.

TD 10, or its remains, are the disturbance in the Bahamas.
