I think the logo is better than I thought it would be...and I like the other new graphics on the station.

I still want to think that their major sponsor is American Express though. ;)

Most of the new hires for their new programming have NO, NONE, NADA, ZILCH, background in weather/meteorology.

Classic case is Dao Vu, hosting the weekend show. She used to host variety/entertainment programs, has never worked a day in her life when it comes to weather.

haha, and that is suppose to be displayed to public... hrm...

I used 5 minutes of my time in photoshop and did this...

They should have really gone a little more complex

Maybe they just wanted their logo to be extremely simple. As a person who works in the graphic design field i do know, the simpler the better. Plus people will remember a simple logo over a fancy schmancy one. Look at Visa, Mastercard, BankOne logos for example. You can't get much simpler than that...but you remember them. If the twc logo bothers you that much just push a button on the ol' remote control! :D

I agree that one should infact be simple.. Their first one was simple enough I reckon. I would press the remote if I had the channel :( I just don't see the point in the change :p
