I worked everyday this summer except for sundays in the blasted heat of Marion County Florida. I can tell you sometimes I felt like I might die. Hasn't happened yet though, I am glad to say.

Collage Skool starts monday. :P

No wonder life expectancy was shorter back then...

Seriously though, I have no idea.

Your body gets used to it, but I'm also spoiled by it and older. I can't tolerate it as much.

Let's see...now WITH A/C here in the Sonoran Desert region of Phoenix, Arizona, we have one of the fasting growing counties in all of this here United States. And housing prices shot up 47% in just one year because of it!

Now if someone shut off the water or pulled the plug on the air conditioning, my home my be worth a hundred bucks.

In another 30 days, we won't need the a/c for about 6-8 months again. Barely use the heat pumps some winters.

So...we just have to hang on. It was about 108 today...same forecast for tomorrow.

Love the steering wheel at about 4 o'clock every afternoon.

Ouch!!!

Dennis

OH.....BTW, Show Low Muni hit a RECORD low of 40° 2 nights ago, had 38° here at the house......yet MORE signs of a EARLY autumn me thinks!
