Karl is deepening.
It's just about to pull high TPW air out of the EPAC across the IoT.

If Karl deepens more, the chances of the Pacific disturbance to develop will greatly diminish until he's gone.

The two towers created a nice rotating CDO.
Now seeing a new tower firing in it.

The way everything is setup and how those towers are developing, IMHO down the road this could get close to a pinhole.

You can see the towers building and rotating around on radar. far up but still tells the tale.

Radar is already showing the flow of EPAC air into Karl.

Rotation is really going to town on radar.
My take is to see how this settles out in the next hour.

Now there is without a doubt that this is an intensifying tropical cyclone. Wow, talk about quick organization.

And to think just a few hours ago there were still heavy debates about whether there was a LLC

Seeing a small hot spot in the CDO, see if it holds up.

Going back even further, there was talk this would never get in the GoM.
Sorry, had to get that out of my system.
I'm fine now.

Someone pointed out this morning that it was a separate system not part of Julia but I think it was her mid level that made it into the Gulf

New, massive tower going up on IR, a little further east.
Hot spot didn't hold.
Still has some work to do.
