It looks like the current EWRC will take a while to finish, and MW shows another band to the north which may trigger another EWRC.

Based on latest IR, it seems Chanthu still likes a pinhole eye after a few EWRC.

Still a spread in the near term then gets complex in the extended, possible Japan threat?

The new eye is taking its time to clear. This will be a very close call for Luzon.

Dramatic satellite improvements in just the past hour as Chanthu finishes its ERC. Eye clearing out quickly after staying clouded over for a while.

This is gonna have to make a hard right soon or it's probably going to be a Cat 5 into Luzon

Unfortunately, it seems that we’re about to see a Cat 5 landfall in Luzon in the next 12 hours. Chthulu is too far south and clearing its eye out too fast.
