Nice spin with deep convection on SE side, just getting sheared at the moment:

Good thing the UL winds are not favorable with this small circulation, I've been tracking it ever since it emerged off of Hispaniola a couple of days ago, I believe it was former 92L.
Hard to believe is the heart of the hurricane season and disturbances are still struggling.

Yep shear, shear, and more shear. UL conditions seem to be gradually getting worse as we progress through the season.

yep, conditions have a very 1980's feel to them. Lots of disturbances fell apart in the 80's. There were some big dogs in there too though.

Yes,SSD has a Invest (No number) floater but still ATCF has not done a best track for 95L.As soon it happens (If it does so) this threads closes.

This small system seems fairly robust with a rigorous looking circulation. If it can survive getting blasted by shear might be interesting in the Gulf.

Would they just reactivate 92l?

It could have a short window in the eastern gulf if it survives.

92L is inactive in the ATCF List right now.

You'd think it was June with all the shear that's in the Atlantic and Gulf. Might get a depression somewhere by the end of September
