Looks at the rain rate, definitely rain inflated...not sure what the reduction is though.

TS Alberto(2006) which seems to be very identical at the moment to Andrea was a east-weighed storm and managed to try and make a run for hurricane status prior to landfall in the big bend region of FL. Even hurricane warnings were issued.

I agree, I have been saying for the past few days that this system was going to remind all of us of TS Alberto '06

I wonder if it could become fully wrapped with the little time it has between where it is at and land. That could be bad as far as rain and possible flooding. I say this because I read the NC weather from the news and it said possible 3-5 inches..you wrap it fully around and its could be a lot different. Talked to my wife the only thing she is worried about is her garden go figure..lol I mean it is not like winds should be to bad
