Tornado reported down in Manatee county. Heading towards Hillsborough. Been on the ground for awhile now. Damage reported.

I wonder if it could become fully wrapped with the little time it has between where it is at and land. That could be bad as far as rain and possible flooding. I say this because I read the NC weather from the news and it said possible 3-5 inches..you wrap it fully around and its could be a lot different. Talked to my wife the only thing she is worried about is her garden go figure..lol I mean it is not like winds should be to bad
