This is the worst looking Invest of 2013 so far. Its just some high clouds around HI...are we sure this isn't some test? May 25 is extremely early for a Cpac Invest to be zoned...usually they start in July and sometimes late August. That and this is not an El Nino so that makes it even more unusual.

There were many April subtropical invests in the central Pacific before.
