With that looking more and more evident, and assuming the broader pressure field, i'm wondering it they're close to the level of max. winds that they're going to be hit with? Gustavo's eye is obviously continuing closer, but if this present track continues (without a temp. northward jog ), and given the somewhat flatter pressure field, i'm thinking there now receiving the max winds that they will experience (though likely to continue for about 2-4 hours)

Disclaimer: 50% of the time I have no clue of what I am talking about. Chances are I am taking a less than educated guess that sounds good because 10 years ago I stole Mike Watkins book 'The Hurricane and its Impact'. For official information please direct yourself to the NHC and their cadre of weather geniuses.

"scratch that prior though" - as i'm looking at the radar, this eye is still significantly tight and its looking like winds will still be increasing during the next hour for sure....

Indeed, the NHC is doing hourly position estimates.
Given the proximity of this dangerous hurricane to Bermuda, NHC will
provide hourly position updates until Gonzalo clears Bermuda.

It is from Mark's app Hurricane Impact, yes. They lost internet at the house the tower is at about 20 minutes ago...so no more updates :( But the comp is on battery power and still logging wind/pressure data for another 12 hours or so!
