Nothing from JTWC and JMA but euro showing a weak system over the philippines and into the south china sea...02W?

JMA has a low positioned there however they dont have anything below yet or I am reading it wrong..

Yesterday the model outlook as well was much stronger on this area. Today though from what I see the consensus has backed off a little. Still time will tell though.
