SIO: INVEST 92S

in Meteo France's area,Mozambique Channel
the problem is wind shear.

What did you mean?
And further explanations (example:survival of 90S) are not needed.

“LLCC is streaking” means LLCC doesn't be covered with High Level Cloud
and "shear is too high" means vertical wind shear is high :double:
