They missed the center, the center was slightly west of the recon, I'm basing this on the wind barbs

Thats interesting, it seems to be following the southern end of the cone

It seems the last vortex they found might have been a really strong eddy, they seem to have found something near or just south of where the NHC has it

yep, they were south of the center, so the pressure might be something like 992 or 991 if true

They are flying high over Isaac apparently, unless GE is getting coords wrong

We got 3 birds up...AF300 just departed, Kermit NOAA42 (NOAA2 in obs), and Gonzo NOAA49 (G-IV jet, and NOAA9 in obs).

I forgot to add: Don't worry about Gonzo, we usually don't post the G-IV flights anyways. NOAA2 and AF300 (once he gets closer) are the "important" ones. I don't think NOAA2 is supposed to do any fixes, so if you don't see any VDMs, that is why.
