Re: ATL: Invest 98L - Discussion
I know it's way early and everything is speculation but how far west can this one probably get?

You can really see 98L come together and release partly from the ITCZ

Watching that makes it look like Fiona said "I will give you my right arm if you let me live"
Thanks for the loop

98L looks much healthier than Fiona this evening , still wondering why the GFS does not pick this up.

Just remembered that last night Norcross on TWC, stated that he was more concerned about this storm having more of an impact on land than Fiona, FWIW

<-- not a big TWC watcher...didn't realize Norcross was on TWC these days. I really miss him on CBS4 down here. I always appreciated his views on the tropics, and generally pay attention when something has his attention. Thanks...

He still only gets 2 min and then is cut off. He deserves better!

I am sure the models will start picking up on it soon enough. The 0z in about 15 minutes should pick it up.....we shall see...great presentation and I would surmise that this wil develop a lot farther west and be a legit threat to the CONUS....subsidence to the north is keeping it in check right now...
