Statistics Page

#1 Postby ColdFront77 » Fri Jul 30, 2004 6:47 pm

I am unable to access the Statistics Page. Of course, if I am unable to get the data, there won't be any stat updates.

The statistics will have to added to the templates. We hired a guy to upgrade the phpBB version to colse some security holes and we have to add our mods back in now.

Okay, Marshall. I figured it was associated with the upgrade.

I've been using the URL I've always used (that isn't on the template I have been using... since most the template removal took place).

This was a whole upgarde so we'll have to re add all of the mods with new versions. As soon as we get the server moved we'll start work on that :-)

The longer I go without the statistic page the longer I will be using Thursday's "average number of posts per month" of 1,204.9 posts.

Still awaiting the all-important "average number of posts per month"... going by Thursday, July 29th is getting old.

It really has nothing to do with patience. :) ..I am just letting you, Marshall and anyone who is actually interested, that the data is inaccurate.

Tom we're well aware but there are other things that we are working on with the site change. We'll get to it as soon as we can.

Sorry, Marshall (and Chad). I had no way of being sure that you were fully aware of the Post Milestones being inaccurate because I am using Thursday's average number of posts per month. I wouldn't be "reminding" you, otherwise.

It's bad enough, I still believe (or at least can't tell) certainly can't tell) if a good percentage of members are viewing my time consuming work.

I was on reminding you specifically for the Post Milestones being inaccurate, not a genuine second reminder, that I thought you weren't aware of it. Thanks.

Yes, I see them at the bottom of the Stats Page now, although the first three times, right after receiving your PM it was a blank gray page.

Thank you and you're welcome. :)

Tom.. Server is working overtime right now with 190 people online.. The stats page pulls A LOT of resources.. So while we are this busy it would be very helpfull if we can keep the access of the page down.. IE: using it when we need it for stats etc... Untill we can get the server load down
