No Avators or Signatures Appearing?

Just recently this afternoon I have noticed that ALL the avators and ALL the signatures are not appearing. Is it me or otherwise?

I am using the SubRebel template.

Thats the way Subrebel is Written.. To not show those things Brian.. If you want to see avatars and signatures I suggest the Sub Silver Shadow :-)
