Storm2K clock is off

#1 Postby ColdFront77 » Sun Apr 04, 2004 5:06 pm

Ever since the last two site outages, the current time for the site has slowed down twice. From literally the "real time" to 30 seconds slow to now 2½ to 3 minutes.

This is technically an issue with the stats; however I have been using my official time as the deadline time.

It is still 2½ to 3 minutes slow here.

You're welcome for the heads up. :)

No problem, Steve. I appreciate your interest in getting it fixed.

Some people find this a "non issue." Insignificance to others isn't necessarily insignificant. :)

We will have to wait for a natural reboot. It has to do with sync to the time server and the time server is incorrect. The time server is not under the control of the data center.

Thanks,
Steve O.
