Site down last night?

What happened to S2K last night? It seemed like the page could not be found on either the home page nor the board. :(

Our server was the victim of an attack. The Linux OS had to be reloaded to fix the damage. Sorry about the outage.

There were apparently several sites running a Linux OS server that were attacked last night including other sites that I occasionally visit ... apparently some hacking site (from Brazil) left their mark on one of those sites, and it was some sort of game to see how many sites could be hacked this past weekend ...

Hmmm.. Interesting SF.. Thanks for sharing. Steve was able to trace some of it, so he knows where it started not sure if its the same thing or not.. But bunch or arses need to get a life.. I tell you if I were to ever find one of them.... OFF WITH THERE HEADS. lol..

Thanks for understanding everyone. We have real great server here and Steve realy works his butt off for us.. He was up all last night working on it.. Thanks Steve!! You are the best!

Several of my clients were suffering through the same thing today. Just proves that even S2K is not above the stupidity that is hackers and viruses.
