Getting an error message, but my message is posted

#1 Postby ColdFront77 » Sun Feb 01, 2004 10:36 pm

This may not be a big deal, but an issue nonetheless; I figured a report would be a good thing.

The last post I made in the Community Forum gave me said, "No posts exist for this topic." after "Your message has been entered successfully"..... "Click Here to view your message."

The same thing occurred when I waited for that page to load through without clicking. return to thread to view your post."

I've seen that happen on occasion but it doesn't seem to be anything but a timing bug...

I've noted a pattern to this bug...

It seems to only occur if the total posts in the thread end in 15, 35, 55, 75, or 95. For example, the total posts in the bar are 7255 right now; I clicked the last posts link a moment ago; and I got the No posts exist for this topic error message. I doesn't happen like that at any other time except if the last two numbers are 15, 35, 55, 75, or 95 for some odd reason. :-?

its when you posted or wanted to view a certain post at the end of some pages or threads with big numbers of replies. :)
