Members Suggestions, no member opinions?

What is the "problem" with members giving their opinions/comments on suggestions posted in the Suggestions Forum?

I think it would be a great idea to have member feedback, as well as admin. feedback on suggestions in that forum.

I don't understand your question. The Suggestions forum is open to suggestions and disduccions from all members. What I asked for is that the Jelp Topics be left to Chad and I....

I wanted to make sure... because it seems as though you don't want chit chat in that forum; that is the only chit chat [which hasn't been much] I have seen.

Making me feel bad about it. We have the right to discuss issues here and this is one I have.

I posted this is the off topic forum originally because we were told not to post this sort of thing in this forum.

No Tom, you were told not to post in the threads where people were asking for help. I told you that suggestions were still welcome.

I know suggestions are still welcome, but it seemed to include chit chatting in regards to test, help as well as suggestions.

Ok to try and clear things up for you. This forum has 3 purposes; 1.) Forum Suggestions - This area is open for all member comments and suggestions, 2) Tips - This should remain for Chad and I to post board tips, 3) Help - This is for members to ask for help with computer, site and board problems, these requests will be answered by Chad and/or I. All other posts will be deleted.

I hope this makes it easier to understand.

I have to admit I was a little confused by the new ruleset for this forum as well. I hope that I wasn't a big offender of the rule; but if I was I will stop doing so. :oops:
