Since I don't know what forum to post this is, I'll try here and hopefully someone will see it and offer some assistance. (Do we even have a forum where help is available from some of you more technical-savvy users?)
I know that there are various programs that are available to help with spyware available out there. Someone suggested to me that I should be running SpywareGuard and AdAware. I'm currently using No-Ads. But I'm finding that my computer is running really sluggish and I'm always deleting temporary files in the hope that it will help.
Are there any technical people out there who can offer some suggestions about these various programs or suggest ways to help my computer run a little smoother?
