Issues with Post Milestone calculations - Suggestions wanted

Marshall and/or Chad:

During the course of August, I was dividing the boatd's total number of posts by the number of months
of the board's existence (23 months) and then by 30 days... (basically the number of days in each month).

If I change it to 24 months now (would have been/could still be on and after the 8th of the month) the
average number of posts per month changes drastically. This wasn't a problem with the "old stats page."

Should I use the daily averages instead of the now difficult to determine monthly averages?
