PM Trouble

I am having trouble with PMing.

The problem is that when I send a PM, it does not go to the SENTBOX like it shoud, or I presume it should. It, instead sits in the OUTBOX. Did this actually send or not.

I cannot save stuff in the OUTBOX, but I can save messages in the SENTBOX (as well as the others).

It goes to the OUTBOX until the person you sent it to reads it. It should then go to the SENTBOX
