Is the board clock an hour off?

I just adjusted my profile to GMT-4 hours to account for daylight savings time, but the clock still seems to be an hour off. Is this just me or is it a board problem?

The server's time is actually off. Steve has a issue open on it but they've been slow to get it fixed.
