Laptop Problems

My sister In laws Boyfriend, Jerry has a KDS laptop and he sent it back for service after it crashed. Now he trys to start the computer he gets a cursor HELP!!!!! :wink: I will give the model number when I get. I appreciate it :)

If it was sent back because of hard drive problems he may have to reload the OS and all his software.

It wont read the reboot or startup disk. :roll: HELP

In the BIOS setup there should be an option to control the boot order. Make sure the CD-ROM is listed first. If that doesn;t work I would say it's back to KDS lol
