Suggestion - Winter Weather Forum

#1 Postby JCT777 » Wed Feb 18, 2004 10:44 am

I would like to suggest keeping the Winter Weather Forum up year-round. I know it would be very quiet between April and September, but it would allow people to go back and read posts about this past winters' events - as well as begin early speculation on next winter. Also, there have been some freak winter storms in the Rockies/Northeast in May (and even early June). And we do have a few Australian posters who might want to discuss what type of weather they are having during their winter season (June through August).

In summary, I think it would be nice to have the Winter Weather Forum as a permanent fixture. I think it was a great idea to keep the Tropical Forum open year-round, and I am asking for the same consideration for the Winter Forum.

Thanks! 8-)

I don't think we had any intent of taking the winter forum down. :-)
