I can't upload my av from my website

I can't upload my av from my website photo album. I keep getting invalid url or something like that. It is size right and under the 4kb.

And this is what I get when I try to upload it from here on the home page.

Not Found
The requested URL /externalupload.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The S4M service linked on the home page is down so that won't work. If you'll send me the avatar via e-mail I'll upload it for you. vmfrank@tampabay.rr.com
