I agree 100%, and feel sorry for you guys and gals. Who knows maybe the models will shift back West. After all things can change, but right now the trend seems to be more towards the East/off shore of the SE Coast track.

Are you in the drought area of NC...?
If so, good for you, may more rain come your way, w/o too much of a problem....

Well it shouldn't be Hurricane Juan, or even Extratropical hurricane force storm Noel, level by then. If it indeed gets fully absorbed by the SW it most likely will just be just a big slug of rain and some gusty winds by the time it gets to you.

I would hope we actually got some bad weather for a few days. It may not seem like a lot, but we have had pretty consistent temperatures of over 25 degrees Celsius, and some days reaching over 35-38 degrees for short periods of time, and the humidity has really taken a toll. I went 2 months playing hockey every day and now I just have no energy due to the head and the humidity... it was 50 degrees Celsius in the sun yesterday.
