They are probably going to have to go in the SE Quad to find the strongest winds. They may not do that by the 2pm Advisory.

Can someone confirm if a hurricane hunter aircraft flew over the gulf shores area around 1:30PM EDT, heading east? It sure looked like one, handsome aircraft.

Nope. It took off from Biloxi at 11:05am EDT heading south.
