Washington, Jan 15(ANI): Predict Britney Spears death and win a Play Station 3, is what a new US website offering Internet surfers.

A new website WhenIsBritneyGoingToDie.com has been created to predict the death of the troubled star and surprisingly the website has been stormed with responses from people, reports Contactmusic

A posting on the site reads, “A couple of years ago she looks stunning and was a wet dream for every man. But for some reason Britney also landed in a self-destruction derby.

“Guess her final breath and be crowned Mr. or Mrs. Death. Winner will be rewarded with a PS3.”

Around 10,000 predictions have already been made, with many of those taking part suggesting Spears will die from an overdose, suicide or a heart attack later this month (Jan08).

And some have even posted obituaries for the 26-year-old singer. One writes, “Shame on you for throwing your life away.”

The website was created on 4 January (08) - a day after the pop star was committed to hospital for a psychiatric evaluation following an apparent breakdown at her home. (ANI)

I'm no fan of Britney's life but I'm a fan of her music. She is an excellent performer and her music moves everyone. Her new album "Blackout" has hot new songs that are flooding the radios worldwide. It's a shame that her life is a trainwreck. I hope she gets some help and don't end up like Marylin Monroe or Anna Nicole Smith. The website above is just people taking advantage of her struggling life. I hope everything works out fine, not just for her and her fans, but also for her children that need her the most.

She doesn't have much talent, IMHO, and became big on the strength of a lot of promotion, based mainly on her looks. Her voice isn't very good, and is obviously modified and heavily produced.


But betting on the death of a confused, probably mentally ill young mother is beyond tasteless.

I think that this is a horrible thing to do!

I just find this immoral. Period.

How morbid. Totally tasteless.

It may be tasteless, but there's nothing to stop people doing this.

Winehouse is more talented, but she needs a handler to keep her from running out of the house drunk and topless except for a bra. She did not look good. At all.

I think it's sort of funny. I'd rather get an Xbox 360 or a new laptop, though.

Probably some Madonna-esque thing. . . Winehouse is also a druggie and married to druggie (currently in rehab),so I see why she's more popular on the lists.

I don't like Britney Spears, but betting on somebody's death is just sick. For those people who actually participate in it need some serious help.
