Man Charged With Felony Attempted Murder In Case
APOPKA, Fla. -- A Central Florida man is accused of pouring hot cooking oil on a 17-month-old and using a hair dryer to burn his skin off because the toddler apparently would not stop crying and whining.

What a disgusting maggot! Gee, you sicko... did THAT make the child stop crying?
I think anyone who harms a child like this (or all of the other sick things we hear about) should spend life in prison or be put to death. Quit slapping people on the wrist and maybe, just MAYBE, it will at least deter some of them and keep some of the innocent children safe. Makes me sick!

He will be. People who commit crimes against children are usually low man on the totem pole. Nice to see even guys who are otherwise considered scum by society still have some standards.

Unfortunately I see/investigate numerous accounts of child abuse but NEVER, have I EVER, heard of such B.S.!
There is no punishment SEVERE enough for this SOB, NOTHING! The best thing to do, I can guarantee you it WILL happen, once he's in the prison population, one of the guards will let his crime slip...the piece of crap won't last a week, if that!

That's messed up.
At least the child will be okay. And yes, prisoners do not look too kindly to people who commit crimes against children. They are at the bottom rung of the prison hierarchy besides child molesters, child killers, and pedophiles. Even rapists despise them, even though they are hated too.

There should at least be a special place for criminals especially those that commit crimes like murder and rape and sex crimes against children. Like a underground facility with no lights or A/C, just cold moldy cells. Serve them a bowl of cold soup and some bread everyday, that's all they need. People like that don't deserve all the accessories you get in regular prisons, they're a waste of life. But that is "wrong" according to some people and civil lawyers. Well I wonder how they react if that would be one of their children or someone they know. Anyone that hurts a child deserves to suffer 10 fold at the hands of an adult.

It's also wrong according tot he 8th ammendment, and that is not being changed anytime soon.
