Anyone know if there is a way to set up your yahoo email to work with Outlook or outlook express?

When we signed up for Road Runner I had to go to the Road Runner website to read my emails. I didn't like doing that because there was always a flashing add played along side my email every time I read one. So I downloaded the email program from FIrefox maker, Mozilla called Thunderbird. It is a stand alone email program that you set up with a pop3 and a stmp incoming and out going server. I had to give my password information for RR to the wizard before it would sign in and download the email to my computer to read it at my leisure. If I do not download it from RR and it builds up to a certain level Road Runner will delete it before alerting me that I have exceeded their mb limit.
If you are interested you can find it at this website:
