Movie Title Help?

Hey guys can someone help me with a name of a movie from a very vague scene from it.
I remember it was an action movie from 1980s or maybe very early 1990s.
There is a scene towards the end of the movie involving a shooting and robbery at a racetrack type thing and the vIllain is a tall blonde woman.
Can someone help me with this

Could the woman have been Brigitte Nielsen? She married Sylvester Stallone and is a tall blond.

I was just gonna say Beverly Hills Cop 2, I remember the tall blond woman (the Alaphabet Robberies)just can't remember her name, but the hubby used to watch that movie a lot.

It's "Beverly Hills Cop 2", though I rarely watch that movie.
Now that theme is stuck in my head again. LOL!!
