Help with s2k access issues

Okay, this happens to me once in a while but normally goes away after a few hours, but today it's lasted longer than before. I can't get into storm2k at all. My connection just times out on me. Storm2k is the only site affected. Accessing via proxy (which is what I'm doing now) works fine. But this doesn't always happen. Does anyone have any ideas to help? Thanks.
