report a user to their isp? Im cracking down on these people coming into OUR chatroom sending us files and distrupting our fun. ITS ON! :grrr: :grrr:

It's not a person, it's a bot. It's also more than likely behind a proxy. All you can do about it is ask one of the #storm2k ops to ban the bot's hostmask (which is *!*@*.user.veloxzone.com.br, for any ops who may be reading), or hope that one of the Stormdancing ircops notice and g-line the bot.

We do ban the spammer but it comes right back under a new ip. The owner of stormdancing and the ircops have tried akill and other stuff but they keep returning.
