What You Would Die For

What is only one thing you always wanted and know you will never have it?

I would die for a cook in my home. I would eat healthier. She would be making me delicious salads and soups all the time. Man, could I lose weight. I cannot afford one, but that would be my choice.

I would have my health back, but I WILL die before that ever happens.

To be a stay at home wife. I could acclimate myself to that situation easily!

I wouldn't die for anything.

But I'm sure that your'e just using that as a figure of speech. So what is it that I really really really want?

Nothing

I'd die to save the world, my countries, my family, and/or very close friends; if there was no other choice, and my death would save the lives of more than one other person (in cases noted above).

Hybrid, you remind me of one of Joycelyn Elders' quotes (Surgeon General from the Clinton administration 1993-1994). The poor woman had a knack for putting her foot in her mouth, but in hindsight, I swear she was simply ahead of her time.

I remember one tape of her saying, "We all have to die of something... sometime..." For some reason, that struck me as a particular truism that most people never want to face, and I never forgot it! :-D

True, the only thing that humans fear more than the unknown is the inevitable; that which no matter what you do will happen, death is of course the ultimate example of this.

I would die for an "A" unit at the Boardwalk Beach Resort in Panama City Beach, FL. But alas, the million dollar price tag is a bit over my head.

A crime free week, with NO domestic violence calls...it tears me to PIECES to see women, children victims of a beating, shooting etc. Yup...that's what I want!
