I have a prayer request for y'all please..

I'm looking into getting a "job" with my church. It would be a volunteer position and it would only be 1x a week for 4 hours but it's something I've had an inkling for wanting to do..

what is it you may be wondering?.. I'm looking to work at the "First Baptist Church Osceola Pregnancy Center".. We have a pregnancy center next to our church that specializes in counseling as well as nurturing in a Godly manner to those who may be scared about their pregnancies or even potentially considering abortions.

The counselors sit and try to talk them out of it in a loving Godly manner.

NE way.. this wasnt meant to cause an uproar.. I was told I'd be helping in the OPC's "clothes closet".. where we have all kindsa clothes for babies and if the time comes where I feel led to potentially be a counselor, I'll be trained..

Please feel free to chime in; but if this begins a debate off topic.. I'll ask the mods to lock it..

The center also counsels the would be daddy's of these babies too if they're scared or have questions..

I have to go see the director of the center next Thurs. to see if something maybe opens up..

Thank you.. It's something God's "been calling me to do".. so when I meet next Thurs. with the director of OPC.. I'll let ya guys know what happens.. I've already been told, most likely I'll be in the clothes closet and doing handy work around the center like organizing the shed out back lol..

But it's something I'm feeling led to do.. Even If I only do it for a week or a month and then say "this isn't 4 me".. I'll more than happily say.. I gave it a shot..
