I saw someone swerving all over the road because he was using a laptop while on a 4-lane highway. This was the mid-90's back when they were huge and hard to handle.
He had it opened all the way and was holding it up to the steering wheel.

Absolutely ridiculous, but not surprising at all!!! SAD is the word that comes to mind.

I saw a guy the other morning eating a bowl of cereal while driving on the highway. Holding the cereal and the steering wheel with the same hand. Obviously he needed the other hand for the spoon. 
It really is frightning who we share the roads with. If those people he hit had been driving a honda they probably wouldn't be here anymore.
