The Supreme Court is supposed to rule this week about the removal of a Ten Commandments Monument in Alabama. Someone sued because they found it to be unconstitutional and it made it's way to the Supreme Court.

Any comments?

I think it is ridiculous that someone would sue to have a ten commandments monument removed. How can this be unconstitutional? Wasn't the constitution written by Christians (who are now rolling over in their graves)?

I repeat; There is NO "separation of church and state" clause in the Constitution, and the posting of the Ten Commandments in schools and Governement buildings does not violate the "establishment clause" therein.

That's all I have to offer on this subject.

I agree with the comments above so no need to repeat them. I would like to add a big thanks to the person who started this absurd lawsuit...it's people like this who screw it up for others with legitimate lawsuits!! :grr:

Ridiculous, ridiculous, ridiculous. I love this country, really I do, but the fact that crap like this is even tolerated really makes me angry.
