Please pray this child is found, safe and sound. This is a nice area of Cincinnati - very family oriented. Good people live out here. Praying this little boy is found ASAP. Thanks everyone.
Another article I read, stated the mother had some sort of seizure and was being medically treated at the park. That's when the little boy wandered off.

So very sad....prayers that he will be found safe and sound.
Such a cute little fella...the article implied he was a foster child...who could let a beautiful child like that out of their life?......p

Any updates Mary? The article says last update was 5pm, just wondering if you heard anything on the news about what is going on with the search since then, and hopefully some news of an already found little boy.

Sorry, hubby had the computer tied up all evening (work related). Update - he's still missing. The 10 p.m. newscast said yes he is a foster child, he possibly has autism, he has limited vocabulary but is very friendly. He has the mental capacity of a 12-18 month year old. He also fell out of window last January (I'm assuming while still residing with bio parents). His foster family is very distraught and if not for the mother needing urgent medical attention while at the park, I don't think she would have lost sight of this little boy. Such a sad situation all around. My community has searched high and low and are continuing to do so (especially neighbors living near this park). Please pray for a happy outcome. They said he's wandered off before and has climbed fences easily. I'm just hoping he climbed up into a tree and searchers can't see him.

I'll keep you all updated but I'll be off the computer tomorrow thru Thursday (I'll leave links with Eric, he can keep you all updated). We have a very short 24 hour trip planned (20th Wedding Anniversary).
I just cannot get this little boy out of my mind tonight. Thank God it's Summer and we don't have cold overnight temps.

Another update:
http://news.enquirer.com/apps/pbcs.dll/ ... /308160001
One local news channel's reporter gave a verbal report of this child's past. He's been in foster care since this past April. Last January, his real mother put him to bed but he somehow fell out of his second story bedroom window. The mother wasn't charged with neglect, since a friend had accidentally left the window slightly open but the mother didn't know it. Then in April he was found wandering his former neighborhood, a neighbor spotted him, he had on pajama's with feet in them, but the feet had been cut off, he was almost hit by a car. His brother found him and called his name, Marcus came running and the neighbor didn't see him again. Another time he wandered off and walked into either this same neighbor's home or someone new and began playing with her child. She called authorities. Child Services made a visit to the home and found living conditions poor, with very little food on hand. The mother then asked authorities to take her 3 children, Marcus, a 10 year old and a 9 month old baby. Saying she couldn't take care of them anymore. She was called tonight for a statement (I have to ask why would the media press her for a statement, that just seems very invasive and rude to me) but she didn't want to appear on camera. She just said she hoped he'd be found. Something to that effect.
The foster mother is now in the hospital. What a sad, sad story all around.

Aww man not a good story at all. I will continue to pray for Marcus to be found today. Hopefully with a full day of light they will be able to find him. I just hope he didn't wander into someones swimming pool or some sort of body of water. Thanks for the updates.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the kid and the family.
There's a similar situation here in Irving where a 4 year old kid went missing after his mother was talking to her boyfriend at a city park.
Police and rescue units are still looking for him to this day.

What a horrible story. The child has been through more than his fair share. My thoughts and prayers are with him that he may be found alive.
