After a couple problems with posts allegedly made by unauthorized users, the staff of S2K is giving this reminder to all members.

As a user of the board, you are responsible for securing your username and password. Members will be held accountable for all posts made through your account.

If you use automatic logon you must be confident that unauthorized users will not be using your account.

You should use a strong password to protect your account, and you should change it from time to time. Refer to this link for information about strong passwords.

There are liability issues for us as individuals and as a group. We depend on all members to keep this board the best on the net!

Thank you for your support

For many younger ppl an unattended keyboard is just to much to resist. Back in the 1970's a group of kids were touring the now closed National Weather Service office in Norfolk VA. One of the little darlings teletyped obcenities to the Coast Guard
