Knowing my inlaws it will be Goose. Personally I can't stand Goose but they always have it. I want my turkey!

Two turkey breasts - we go straight for the meat, minus
the drumsticks and all of that. The dressing is cooked separately, in another pan.

I would really like to have a good Cajun turducken, but, my
Tennessee family would raise all manner of Hades with that! "Where's the turkey?!?" :lol:

To carry on a tradition aside from the normal Domestic Turkey, I will be serving Elk, vension and wild duck, ALL taken from the areas surrounding my home!
