Hurricane Wilma power outages and storm debris pulled a total wet blanket over Halloween here in Palm Beach County this year... :( :( :(

Me, too - ZERO. I split the candy with my Mama and
said, "Here's your chocolate stash for the dead of Winter,
dear...don't suffer..."

Most trick-or-treaters since I moved here three years ago.

Three whole bags of candy gone, and there were actually two young girls who were too late.

We never get many, so the past few years my husband has gone with the girls and I trick or treating, so really I don't know latley we aren't here. But as we were pulling out the driveway we got 3 kids coming to our gate. I was like man, we finally get some and we are leaving. LOL. We live on a dead end road with only a few houses so I think that is why they never come this way. We went to my moms neighborhood about a quater mile away this year, she got about 14. She always gets them. Fun for them since we are grown and gone gives them joy to see the kids come knocking. :D

There was a ZERO turnout on Halloween night, so another bowlful of candy for me and the family.

33 at our house in the suburbs of Memphis. Doesn't quite match the 50 we had last year, so that means candy for me! :D

Well, here in our neighborhood, there are at least twenty kids below 10 that live here SO we had 70 and then I ran out of Junior Mints so the lights went out and I sat in the dark for the next hour reading posts on S2k and a couple of other boards I visit.

What a difference it makes when you live in a climate where it is almost always a quiet, still evening with temperatures in the 70's and no wind!

Zero for the second year in a row. We used to get 5-10, and I thought perhaps last year Halloween being on a Sunday was the problem, but I guess trick-or-treating is becoming a thing of the past around here. :(

I had over 100!!! I didn't count after that. Our trick or treat only lasts 2 hours so I had a constant flow of little goblins.

I don't know how many we had, since I was out with my DD most of the night getting candy from other people  ; but my parents had 28; the most they have ever had (and this is a small town). EVERYONE hits one corner of town where all of the yards are decorated and people dress up - I am sure most houses over there got well over 100 (that's where I took my daughter LOL).

We estimate near 400 lil trick or treaters, actually of all ages....We live in a wonderful planned community with lighted paths, etc, and lots and lots of kids! Was our most successful Halloween ever. Had to run out for 18 more bags of candy....after going through our alotted candy, and reserve candy...busy night here, and lots of fun! Our church had a turnout of around 7000 kids....awesome!

We HAD a huge bowl full of candy, but for some odd reason unknown to me, NONE of the kids came to our door...they just walked by as if we weren't here.

As a result,. Debi and Coppertop got their full quota of chocolate for the year.
